Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receipt (excluding special order items).

Orders that have not been dispatched will be refunded in full.

Orders that have been dispatched will be refunded less original shipping fee.

Items must be returned in clean original packaging, dirty greasy filthy packaging will not be accepted.

Prior to returning any parts, the customer must contact to get a returns number.

The returns number must be written on our returns form and included in the returned package.

All returns under the Distance selling regulations must be arranged at customer's own expense and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items are returned in an unused condition suitable for resale.

Items that have been used, damaged during fitment or damaged during return transit will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made via the same method they were received (e.g. credit card payments must be refunded to the same card).

Refunds are usually processed within 14 working days working of receipt, but may take up to 30 working days during busy periods.
