Replacement plastic saddle clip for Ford Type 9 gearboxes.

Fits between the gear lever and selector shaft assembly.

This is a commonly worn component on higher mileage gearboxes and can cause excessive movement in the gear lever, vague gear selection and increased gearstick rattle.

Replacing the worn original saddle helps restore a firmer, more positive gear change and may also help reduce unwanted gear lever vibration and rattle often associated with worn selector components.

Suitable for rebuild, refurbishment and general service work on Ford Type 9 applications.
