A distorted, worn, broken or missing mainshaft-to-centre circlip may compromise axial retention of the mainshaft at the centre section, allowing unwanted axial movement and possible internal damage. Suitable for gearbox repair and rebuilding where the original circlip has been removed, damaged or lost tension.
