Orders may be cancelled and returned within 14 days of receipt (excluding special order items).

Orders that have not been dispatched will be refunded in full.

Prior to returning any parts, the customer must contact Euro Spares (Bearingkits.co.uk) to get a returns number.

The returns number must be written on our returns form and included in the returned package.

All returns are arranged at customer’s own expense and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items are returned in an unused condition suitable for resale.

Items that have been used, damaged during fitment or damaged during return transit will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made via the same method they were received (e.g. credit card payments must be refunded to the same card).

Refunds are usually processed with 1-2 days working of receipt but may take up to 7 working days during busy periods.

Warranty Items: most items returned under warranty will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Details of the warranty procedure can be obtained by contacting our sales department on (UK) 01279 793631
